Diapers are essential hygiene products used globally. However, there is a lack of proper management systems for waste diapers. LeafyLife developed a unique green chemistry recycling process that transforms waste diapers into a clean cooking fuel gel and construction materials. We aim to provide a clean fuel alternative to residents of informal settlements in Nairobi that rely on cheap dirty fuels that cause indoor pollution.
