Over the coming years, ICT infrastructure performance will increase rapidly, fuelled by technology advances, bringing new opportunities for people and business to create, learn,and innovate. The transformative change currently underway will fundamentally change the way in which society collaborates, creates goods and services, is governed and sustained.
