Rapport Local Volontaire de la commune Ennour, Tunisie 2024 | 2024 | Dirigé par le Gouvernorat de Kasserine avec la municipalité d'Ennour, le Rapport Local Volontaire constitue une étape importante pour la Tunisie, étant le premier du genre dans le pays et le deuxième en Afrique du Nord, après Agadir, au Maroc. Cette réussite dans la localisation des ODD témoigne des efforts de collaboration entre le Gouvernorat de Kasserine et la municipalité d'Ennour, UNESCWA et l'ONU-Habitat. Les villes jouent un rôle central dans ce processus de localisation, en alignant les plans locaux, en mobilisant les ressources, en impliquant les parties prenantes, en suivant les progrès et en encourageant l'innovation pour cultiver des environnements urbains durables et inclusifs. Après avoir élaboré deux rapports nationaux volontaires (RNV) en 2019 et 2021, la Tunisie s'est engagée à localiser les ODD pour une meilleure appropriation locale et régionale et un soutien de l'Agenda 2030. |

They provide a valuable policy feedback loop. The main objective of the Multi-level Urban Forums Guide is to strengthen the role of multilevel Urban Forums to become platforms for urban policy dialogue, stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization and other concerted actions towards sustainable urban development. The urban forums can provide an opportunity for UN-Habitat to strategically support countries by creating synergies at subnational, national, sub regional and regional levels to optimize the benefits of rapid urbanization and overcome its challenges. Additionally, these guidelines for structuring urban forums will continually be refined to ensure inclusivity and co-creation, foster adequate implementation and urban policy engagement at all relevant levels. |
